// SCOUTING THE BULLS
The Bulls didn't exactly charge out of the gate as they opened the season 1-3 that included loses to FAU, LSU and #5 Georgia. However, they recovered and bucked their next three opponents, William & Mary, Middle Tennessee and North Florida. The Bulls dug in and charged forward but were quickly seeing red as they were swept in back-to-back matches by Kentucky and Tennessee.

The Bulls returned home and found better fortunes as they trampled the Bulldogs of Mississippi State, but were quickly wrangled by the Sooners of Oklahoma. Charging back out the gates in the familiar streets of Tampa, the Bulls found victory against Tulane, SMU, Wichita State, Tulsa and Maryland with only one stumble against Penn. Following the successful run, they were quickly penned up by Rice, broke free against FIU, were pounced on by Houston and found misery on I-4 against UCF.

The Bulls are led by Ana Roman Dominguez who is currently ranked #58 in the ITA Division I Women's Singles Rankings. Roman Dominguez has compiled a 13-4 record, with all matches being played on the #1 court, but enters on a one-match losing streak. Laura Pellicer Perello has racked up an 11-8 record in singles play this year, including a 6-0 showing on court #4. Other top singles performers include Vanja Klaric and Nicole Dzenga who have compiled 9-7 records thus far.

Leading the pack in doubles is the duo of Nicole Dzenga and Vanja Klaric. The duo has compiled an 8-7 record on court #1 and is 4-4 in their last ten matches. Another top group for the Bulls is Amelie Boy and Ana Roman Dominguez who is also 4-4 in their last ten matches but carries a season record of 8-6 at court #2. The final duo consists of Janvhi Clark and Laura Pellicer Perello who have compiled a 7-5 record on court #3, but have gone 6-4 in their last ten matches.

// PREVIOUS MATCH-UP
The Bearcats and Bulls have not faced each other during the 2019 season. Their last meeting was a 5-2 USF victory on March 14, 2018 in Tampa, Florida

// COACH TOTH ON THE BULLS
"The good news is, and South Florida is a super well coached team, we play well against South Florida when we run in to them. You can sometimes get too excited when you win a match like that (against ECU), but it's match one. We just have to recover, eat well, sleep well and be ready to play a really really good USF team."
