The night will begin with dinner at 6 p.m., followed by programming which will include remarks from head coach Michelle Clark-Heard and UC Director of Athletics Mike Bohn, airing of a season highlight video, and a presentation of season awards.

The Bearcats' historic accomplishments this season include the first time with consecutive postseason wins in program history, their first 20-win season since 2003, first time with 12 conference wins since 1999, highest-ever finish in the American Athletic Conference (third place), and first time with three or more regular-season conference honorees since 2003.
