My life has been extraordinarily blessed and I try to live each day with a grateful spirit.  I love my wife and my two children with all my heart and cherish my time with them.  I am enthusiastic about the future and am in awe of the incredible life I am able to live.  I try to give back by supporting my church and volunteering in the children's ministry.

When I first visited the University of Cincinnati as a high schooler interested in studying engineering, I had no idea the amazing journey on which I was about to embark.  I never could have imagined how my life would unfold and all of the thrills that were yet to come.

I walked on to the track and field team and eventually became an NCAA All-American in the decathlon.  During these years, I met my wife who was also a member of the track and field team.  She was a good runner, but I was quite surprised when she decided to continue to train post collegiately.

Year after year she trained, eventually convincing me to become her training partner.  She continued to chip away at her time and work her way up the national and then world rankings until she finally landed on the top step of the Olympic podium.  She won Olympic Gold in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing China running the lead of leg of the USA 4x400 relay team.

I developed an interest in real estate while in college and have been able to grow a successful rental property business in the area.  This has kept me rooted in Cincinnati and allowed me to pursue my passion for coaching.  If the student athletes I serve get half out of their college experience of what I did, I know the time I put in is well worth it!
