// QUOTING HEAD COACH DOUG MARTIN
On the team's first-day performance:
"We have a lot of positives to take away from today. I thought Mason, Nick, Sam and Clay were all in position to play well. They just didn't convert enough of the opportunities they created. Playing with nationally ranked Wake Forest and North Carolina today was a great opportunity and learning experience for our group. Tomorrow is a new day and we must be ready to go out and play hard."
