TicketsUniversity of Cincinnati volleyball will host one of the premier matches of the 2019 American Athletic Conference season on Friday afternoon when UCF comes to town for a noon first serve. The Bearcats will then host USF on Sunday at 1p.m.

• The Bearcats have played phenomenally since returning to the newly-renovated Fifth Third Arena last November
• The team is 7-1 with the only loss coming against nationally-ranked Louisville, a thrilling five-set match that could have easily gone to either team
• Perhaps more impressive, six of those seven wins were in straight-sets for a 23-5 set record
• Going back to the 2016 season, UC won its final three matches prior to the arena undergoing renovation. All three of those matches were 3-0 victories
• The Bearcats finished the 2016 home season with a set record of 13-3 in the final five matches of the former arena
• Therefore, in the previous 13 matches played on UC's campus, the Bearcats are 11-2 with a 36-8 set record

• UC's high-powered offense has proven to be one of the best in the nation so far this season
• The Bearcats are ranked sixth in kills per set, seventh in assists per set, eighth in hitting percentage and 20th in aces per set
• Individually, Jordan Thompson is first in points per set and second in kills per set
• Armania Heckenmueller sits at tenth in the country in assists per set
