// COACH CARL ON THE BEARCATS
"Today was a big day for us to make a move with a great team effort. Our two seniors, Daniela and Alyssa, have been working very hard the past month, as well as all members of the team. Alyssa fought her way to her low round of the year with a 4-under 68. My favorite quote from Daniela was 'today was the weirdest day of golf, but I still have chances' on her way to another under-par round. We were happy with the fight that we saw on the golf course. There were points in which the round could have gone either way, but the players accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion. We still need to continue to finish off the round, but this team and its fight made us proud today."
