The American Athletic Conference announced its weekly awards on Monday afternoon with University of Cincinnati's setter Armania Heckenmueller recognized with a spot on the Honor Roll.

Heckenmueller averaged 12.00 assists per set, 2.25 digs and added in two aces and two blocks in the team's two matches this weekend. She started the week with 31 assists in a three-set match at Tulane and then paced the Bearcats offense with 65 assists in a 3-2 victory at Houston. Heckenmueller is tied as the nation's leader in assists per set with an average of 11.71 on the season. Her 49 assists earlier this season in a three-set match against UCF is tied for the most in the country. She also sits in a tie for second for total assists in a five-set match; she had 70 against Ball State.

UC has had a player receive conference honors every week this season. At 7-1, the Bearcats sit in a three-way tie atop the conference with UCF and Houston. However, UC beat both of those teams this season and so currently holds what would be the tiebreaker for the number one overall seed in this season's conference tournament.
