CINCINNATI - The No. 17 University of Cincinnati football team celebrates a Boldly Bearcat Homecoming Saturday vs. UConn at 3:30 p.m. ET inside Nippert Stadium. The Bearcats (7-1, 4-1 AAC) enter on a six-game winning streak in 2018 and an 11-game streak at home.
UC won a thriller at ECU on Saturday, Nov. 2 when K Sam Crosa split the uprights with a 32-yard field goal as time expired to cap a 46-43 win after UC trailed by 12 entering the fourth quarter. UConn enters at 2-7 (0-5 AAC) and have dropped seven of their last eight contests. The game will be televised by CBS Sports Network and air on 700 WLW AM.
Saturday marks the 16th meeting of the schools who have played annually since 2005. Cincinnati leads the all-time series 12-3 and has won seven of the past eight meetings. The Bearcats are 8-0 against the Huskies in Nippert Stadium, outscoring UConn 276-170.
