CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati football team added 16 members to its roster during the NCAA early signing period on Dec. 18, 2019, Head Coach Luke Fickell announced.
UC's signing class ranks No. 51 nationally and No. 1 in the American Athletic Conference.
All 16 prospective student-athletes are high school students who signed National Letters of Intent. Ten come from the state of Ohio with six of UC's signees come from the State of Cincinnati, the 50-mile radius surrounding campus while 14 come from the 300-mile radius surrounding UC's campus.
The No. 21 Bearcats (10-3) return to the practice field Thursday to continue preparations for the TicketSmarter Birmingham Bowl on Jan. 2, 2020.
TICKETSMARTER BIRMINGHAM BOWL
UC will close out the 2019 season in the TicketSmarter Birmingham Bowl against Boston College on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020 at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama. The game will kickoff at 3 p.m. ET and be televised by ESPN and air on 700 WLW AM. The No. 21 Bearcats (10-3) won the American Athletic Conference East Division, won double-digit games for the second-straight season and played in the league's championship game for the first time. All three of UC's losses came to teams playing in the College Football Playoff or New Year's Six with one loss at Ohio State and losses in back-to-back games at Memphis. Eleven UC football student-athletes earned All-American Athletic Conference honors, including a school-record seven first-team selections. Included on the list is senior captain Perry Young (Birmingham, Alabama/Spain Park), a First-Team All-AAC selection at linebacker who will close out his collegiate career with a home game at Legion Field.

2020 SEASON TICKET DEPOSITS
The Athletics Ticket Office is now accepting deposits for season tickets in the 2020 season. Any fan who was not a season ticket holder in 2019 should click here to place their deposit for the 2020 season. New season ticket holders who make a deposit will have access to season ticket locations ahead of the general public during the spring 2020 selection window. Deposits are only needed for fans who did not have season tickets in 2019.
