PROVIDENCE, R.I. – University of Cincinnati women's basketball senior guard Sam Rodgers (Cincinnati, Ohio/Lakota East) has been selected for the American Athletic Conference (AAC) Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
Rodgers collected the honor after averaging 15.5 points, 57.1% shooting (5-of-9) from 3-point range, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals last week in helping UC (8-4) to a pair of wins.
The senior totaled a season-high 16 points as well as three rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in a 62-47 home victory Tuesday against Alabama A&M. She followed with 15 points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals in a 69-53 home win Saturday vs. Pittsburgh.

The Bearcats have now been recognized with weekly conference honors six times this season.
