CINCINNATI - The American Athletic Conference has announced its first weekly lacrosse awards for the 2020 season with University of Cincinnati freshman Dani Mlkvy earning placement on the league's weekly Honor Roll following her solid debut Sunday against Louisville. The rookie earned a place in the starting lineup in her collegiate debut as the Bearcats fell, 16-11.
In her debut game, Mlkvy recorded five caused turnovers, six ground balls and four draw controls as she marked one of the top scorers for the Louisville throughout. She led or tied for the team lead on all three categories with her five caused turnovers also ranking her tied for third on the program's single-game record ledger, one off the record of six recorded three times.
