• UC held a moment of silence pregame to honor the father of Head Coach John Brannen, also named John Brannen, who passed away last week at the age of 71.
• Cincinnati honored its three seniors (Jarron Cumberland, John Koz and Trevon Scott), two graduate transfers (Jaevin Cumberland and Chris McNeal) and lone senior manager (Will Slaise) Saturday during a pregame ceremony.
• Tonight's attendance was 12,365, a season high. It marked the fifth sellout of the 2019-20 season at Fifth Third Arena. UC drew a total of 166,493 fans over 15 home contests, an average of 11,099 per game.
• UC trailed by 14 at the half, 31-17, and won 64-63, the sixth time this season the Bearcats have rallied from a double-digit defecit to win a game.
• UC started the game 0-for-5 from the floor and posted its lowest scoring half of the season, 17 points on 24-percent shooting with seven turnovers.
• UC won its 20th game of the season, extending its current streak of consecutive 20-win campaigns to 10 and marking the 39th 20-win season in program history.
• Cincinnati leads the all-time series with Temple 24-9 overall. UC owns a 10-2 lead at home and won their seventh in a row in the series.
• Saturday's last possession victory marked the eighth time over the last 10 contests a UC game has come down to the final possession or was decided in overtime.
PLAYER NOTES
• John Koz made his first career start.
• Trevon Scott tallied only five points and two offensive rebounds but his offensive board and putback with 2.8 seconds left was the difference in UC's 64-63 come-from-behind effort. He pulled down 12 total rebounds, his 19th double-digit rebounding game of the season and No. 27 for his career. Scott is averaging 11.4 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game.
• Jarron Cumberland finished with 20 points, seven assists and seven rebounds. He has eight 20-point games this season, including six during AAC action. Cumberland moved into sole possession of seventh place on UC's career scoring chart with 1,782 points. He sits just behind Roger McClendon (1985-88) who tallied 1,789 career points.
• Mamoudou Diarra set a career high with 12 points, also adding four rebounds and two blocks. He has scored 85 total points this season, surpassing the 65 combined points through his first two seasons at UC.

Reigning back-to-back AAC Tournament champion Cincinnati heads to the 2020 AAC Championship, Mar. 12-15 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
