CINCINNATI – Sam Rodgers tied career highs in points (23) and rebounds (10) and posted her second career double-double while Antoinette Miller dropped 22 points to help the University of Cincinnati women's basketball team to a 76-53 victory on Senior Night over visiting ECU Monday night inside Fifth Third Arena. The win secured a share of second place in the American Athletic Conference for the Bearcats (20-9, 11-5 AAC), their highest finish in the AAC, while posting back-to-back 20-win seasons for the first time since 2003.

After leading, 25-12, at the end of the first quarter, the Bearcats held the Pirates to just five points in the second while adding 13 more points to build a commanding 38-17 lead at the half. In the second half, the Bearcats again limited the Pirates' scoring as they outscored the visitors, 22-10, to build the lead further before grabbing the win as well.
