TicketsCINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics has adjusted upcoming deadlines and renewal dates for 2020 football season tickets.
With the continuing evolution of the COVID-19 public health threat, the Bearcats Athletics Ticket Office remains committed to providing flexibility and options regarding football season tickets.
A number of questions exist, including the continued impact of the pandemic on future sports schedules and at this time, we do not have the answers. Any speculation about the global environment six months from now is premature. UC Athletics will continue to put the health and safety of its student-athletes, season-ticket holders, coaches, staff and fans at the forefront of its decision-making process in conjunction with the athletics medical staff, University administration, UC's Public Health Response Team, state and local authorities.

The UC Athletics Ticket Office has taken the following steps regarding 2020 football season tickets:
- Extended the season ticket renewal deadline until Friday, May 8, 2020.
- In order to participate in the season ticket upgrade process, season ticket holders should renew by Friday, May 8.
- The season-ticket upgrade and seat selection process for new patrons who have placed a previous deposit is slated to begin Monday, May 18.
- Public season ticket on-sale will commence on Monday, June 8.
- The purchase deadline for those who want to receive the 2020 commemorative season-ticket book was changed to Tuesday, June 30.
- Altered the billing plan installment dates from Friday, May 1/Monday, June 1 to Monday, June 1/Wednesday, July 1.
- Fans who are unable to renew by Friday, May 8 who would still like to maintain their seats for the 2020 season should contact the athletics ticket office and their seats will be put on hold until early August to allow renewal at their convenience.
- Log into their Bearcats Ticket Account HERE.
- Call 1-877-CATS-TIX and leave a message. A customer service representative will return their call.
