UC improves to 27-4 (.871) during Ridder's 31 career starts.
- #37 James Smith recorded four punts for 174 yards Saturday to become Cincinnati's all-time leader in punting yards with 9,515 career yards. He passes Chet Ervin (9,446 yards from 2002-05).
- #23 Gerrid Doaks rushed for a career-high 184 yards with one touchdown on 16 carries. He posted a career-long 72-yard run on UC's opening drive and capped it off with a 1-yard run to give the Bearcats a 7-0 lead.
- #81 Josh Whyle had a career-best five receptions for 48 yards and one touchdown.
