CINCINNATI – The No. 9 University of Cincinnati football team faces No. 23 Tulsa in the American Athletic Conference Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 at 8 p.m. ET inside Nippert Stadium.
The game airs on ABC and 700 WLW AM. UC is appearing in the AAC title game for the second-straight year.
The 8-0 Bearcats are ranked in the Top-10 nationally for the first time since 2009, are 11-1 in their last 12 night games, and have a 19-game winning streak at Nippert Stadium. Tulsa enters at 6-1, the winners of six-straight after a loss in their season opener at Oklahoma State.
The schools tied for first place in The American's regular-season standings with 6-0 league records, but Cincinnati is serving as the host institution for Saturday's game based on a higher showing in the Dec. 8 College Football Playoff rankings.
