CINCINNATI HEADLINES

• Wednesday marks Cincinnati's sixth AAC road game in its last eight contests (since its home loss to Tulsa [1/2]). After games at SMU (1/7) and Wichita State (1/10), UC had six consecutive games postponed (one later rescheduled) due to COVID-19 protocols within the program. UC played its first game in 25 days at Temple (2/4).   
• David DeJulius leads UC in scoring since the Bearcats return to play from COVID-19 protocols (2/4), averaging 13.8 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists during the five-game stretch. He entered Monday ranked among AAC leaders in assists (3rd at 4.5), assist-to-turnover ratio (4th at 2.2-to-1), defensive rebounds (9th at 4.5), minutes played (11th at 31.5) and scoring (21st at 10.3) for the season. 
• Tari Eason leads UC shooting 47.8 percent (43 of 90) from the field this season. He has led the Bearcats in rebounds in seven games this season and ranks among league leaders in blocked shots (4th at 1.2), offensive rebounds (7th at 2.1), rebounds (12th at 5.5).
• In November, CBS Sports named Cincinnati the 10th greatest college basketball program since the advent of the NCAA Tournament in 1939. 

GAME PREVIEW 

• Cincinnati (7-8, 5-5 American) visits Tulsa (10-9, 7-7) on Wednesday at the Reynolds Center.  Tipoff is 9 p.m. ET on ESPNU.
• The Bearcats had their four-game win streak snapped by No. 6 Houston on the road Sunday, 90-52. Jeremiah Davenport led UC with 11 points. Tari Eason added 10 points, five rebounds and three blocks.  
• Tulsa hasn't played since earning a 72-66 home win over Temple on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Elijah Joiner led four Golden Hurricane players in double figures with 17 points.

• DAVENPORT IN LAST 12 GAMES: Sophomore guard Jeremiah Davenport has scored in double figures in seven of the last 12 games for the Bearcats, averaging 10.8 points, 5.5 rebounds with a team-high 20 3-pointers. 
• EASON MAKING IMPACT IN FIRST SEASON: Freshman Tari Eason has made an immediate impact on the Bearcats this season, leading the Bearcats in rebounding in seven games this season. Entering play Monday, Eason ranked among AAC leaders in blocked shots (4th at 1.2), offensive rebounds (7th at 2.1), rebounds (12th at 5.5).
• Eason is shooting a team-best 47.8 percent (43 of 90) from the field this season.

SCOUTING TULSA

• Tulsa ended a three-game losing streak with a 72-66 home win over Temple on Feb. 16. 
• Preseason First Team All-AAC selection Brandon Rachal leads Tulsa, averaging 14.5 points and 6.6 rebounds. Elijah Joiner ranks second on the team, averaging 10.7 points with 4.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists. 
• Tulsa tied Cincinnati and Houston for first place in the 2019-20 AAC regular-season standings at 13-5 while posting a 21-10 overall mark.
