Lacrosse Faces Robert Morris Wednesday At Nippert

CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati lacrosse team plays Robert Morris in a 3 p.m. ET Nippert Stadium matinee Wednesday. UC (2-2) comes in off a 15-5 win over Kent State Sunday while RMU (5-1) split a road weekend, falling 16-2 at No. 4 Notre Dame and winning 16-10 at Butler. The game will be televised by ESPN+ with live stats on BearcatStats.com.

ALL YOU FANS IN THE STANDS

• Lacrosse will have an open attendance policy for home matches this season with all being Experience UC events.
• All fans are welcome to attend in a safe and socially distant manner. Masks are required at all times while on campus.

ABOUT THE BEARCATS

• Kylie Nause (13), Alyssa Adams (12) and Monica Borzillo (11) form a three-pronged attack which has scored 36 of UC's 50 goals through four games.
• Borzillo, UC's all-time leader in most offensive categories, has a team-best nine assists.
• Sam Mlkvy has registered 28 draw controls, including a school-record 15 in the opener against Marquette.
• Adrianna Fess, one of three Fess triplets on the squad, has 12 ground balls and five caused turnovers.
• Morgan Dukes was tabbed as AAC Preseason Co-Defensive Player of the Year. She has totaled 5gb and 2ct.
• Freshman Lindsey Durkota has started the last three matches and is tied for the team lead with five caused TOs.
• Goalkeeper Kate Brocato has a .380 save pct. w/27 saves.

RANDOM NOTE OF THE DAY

• UC is in a string of three-straight games against Mid-American Conference foes (KSU, RMU, CMU) as the MAC plays its inaugural lacrosse season. 
• Central Michigan was picked first in the league's preseason poll, followed by RMU and KSU.
• UC was a member of the MAC from 1947-52.

• UC has three sets of siblings on the team, including the Fess triplets (Adrianna, Alexandra, Amanda) and the Finotti (Jennie & Sophia) and Mlkvy (Dani & Sam) sisters.

ABOUT THE COLONIALS

• RMU closes out a four-game road swing at UC, winning at Kent State and Butler and losing at No. 4 Notre Dame.
• A Clio Kerr has 10 goals in the last three games.
• A Mackenzie Gandy needs eight goals and 13 assists to become the Colonials all-time leader. She is RMU's career leader with 95 points and has 54 goals and 41 assists.
• GK Katelyn Miller has started 65-straight games in net.
