QUOTING HEAD COACH DOUG MARTIN
"We really started well today before running into a tough stretch of holes (Nos. 13-16) that kept us from playing a great round," UC head coach Doug Martin said. "These four holes are the meat of the course and if we want a chance to win on Tuesday we must play these holes better the next two days.
"Individually, Ty and Joey put together solid rounds today."
