CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati Track and Field team qualified two athletes to compete at the 2021 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials in Eugene, Ore.
Taylor Beard got things started on Friday, June 18th in the qualifying round of the high jump. She was able to clear the bar on the first try at 1.77 meters, however was unable to clear the next height. She finished in a three way tie for 17th place.

Caisja Chandler qualified for the 200 meter dash after running a 22.79 back on May 29th at NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Regionals in Jacksonville, Fla. Along with qualifying for Trials, she also broke her own personal best and school record in the 200 meter dash.
The first round of the 200 meter dash is scheduled for Thursday, June 24th at 6:31 p.m. PT / 9:31 p.m. ET. Start lists and live results can be found here.
The semi-finals are scheduled for Friday, June 25th at 4:25 p.m. PT / 7:25 p.m. ET.
