TicketsCINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati baseball team earned a Team Academic Excellence Award from the American Baseball Coaches Association for the sixth-straight year.
UC was among 380 teams honored at all levels of collegiate baseball who achieved a 3.0 team GPA or better for the 2020-21 academic year. UC has been recognized for its academic prowess annually since 2015-16.
The Bearcats posted a record GPA of 3.359 in Spring 2021 with 24 players achieving a 3.4 GPA or better and 33 over a 3.0. Nine student-athletes were TopCat scholars with 4.0 GPAs.
