CINCINNATI - The fourth episode of the University of Cincinnati's 2021 football miniseries, LET IT FLY, premiered on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021 on YouTube and GoBEARCATS.com. Fans can watch the episode in the window at the top of the page.
The six-part series, covering the Bearcats preseason training camp, will air on Thursdays at 7 p.m. ET through September 2.
EPISODE 4 • HIGH TIDES (PRESENTED BY TOYOTA)
At the center of the Cincinnati Bearcats' transformation from 4-8 to No. 8 are a series of individual decisions. Coach Fickell has remained committed to Cincinnati and players like Desmond Ridder and Coby Bryant chose to return to school and attend to unfinished business, building a legacy in the Queen City. Coach Fickell has turned this into a mantra: "High Tides Raise All Ships." Individual excellence makes the program better, and nowhere does iron sharpen iron more than at Camp Higher Ground, Cincinnati's training camp home since 1999.
Future episodes of the series will continue to take Bearcats fans behind the scenes of Camp Higher Ground (UC's venerable, 280-acre, off-campus training camp home for the past two decades), and into game week as Cincinnati prepares to open the schedule against rival Miami (OH) in the 125th Battle for the Victory Bell.
Cincinnati opens the 2021 season on Saturday, Sept. 4, against Miami (OH) at 3:30 p.m. ET inside Nippert Stadium. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and fans are encouraged to sign up for the digital platform online.
