CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati volleyball head coach Molly Alvey welcomes Hayden Wagner as the new Volunteer Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2021-22 season.

Wagner joins the Bearcats after completing his collegiate career at George Mason, where he saw action in 280 sets and 96 matches. He recorded a career 979 kills, 282 digs, 99 service aces, and scored a total of 1,183 points as a Patriot.

"I am thrilled to have Hayden join our staff for this upcoming season," Coach Alvey said. "He's coming right out of a successful collegiate campaign. He has a passion for coaching and loves the sport of volleyball. I am so excited to bring his energy into the gym this season."

Wagner earned AVCA All-America Honorable Mention junior and senior season while also earning First-Team All-EIVA (Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association) accolades his junior year and Second-Team All-EIVA (Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association) his senior season.

Wagner graduated from George Mason University in May 2021 with a graduate certificate in coaching and also received a Bachelors of Arts and Integrative Studies in May 2020.
