CINCINNATI -- The University of Cincinnati men's golf team will get its first fall action since 2019 when it heads to Bloomington, Ind., for the Hoosier Collegiate.

The Course
The two-day event will be held at the par-71, 7,265-yard Pfau Golf Course and features 36 holes Sunday before the final 18 on Monday. Live scoring is available through Golfstat.com.

Participating Teams
Ball State, Bradley, Butler, Evansville, No. 7 Illinois, Illinois State, Indiana, IUPUI, Lipscomb, Loyola Chicago, Memphis, Miami (OH), North Alabama and Valparaiso. The Illini's ranking is from the final June poll.

Representatives
Clay Amlung, Ty Gingerich, Sam Jean, Mason Lenhart and Joe McCarthy, the five with the most experience from a year ago, will start things off. Lenhart played five events while the others participated in all seven. It was also the same group that helped UC to a third-place finish at the AAC Championships, registering a remarkable 8-under 856.

Familiar Spot
The Bearcats tied for fifth in April at the Pfau Course while also using the same lineup as this weekend. Gingerich carded a 9-over 222 to finish sixth while Jean was 14th with a 222. It was Gingerich's third top-10 tourney of the season after having a pair of second-place finishes.

Finished Strong
Amlung produced a season-low 67 (final round) and career-low 5-under 211 at the AAC Championships to tie for fifth. In each of his first four years, he had a new best finish of the season, culminating in a 74.72 stroke average.
