Three sessions were offered throughout the night with each student attending two sessions based on their career preferences and majors. The sessions included networking, round table discussions, and a career panel.

The networking session featured over 40 professionals from more than 20 companies, including P&G, Cintas, TQL, State Farm, Northwestern Mutual, Maxim Healthcare Services, Enterprise Holdings, FC Cincinnati, Cincinnati Bengals and PepsiCo. Student-athletes were able to make connections and learn about different companies and internship/full-time opportunities. Nine former UC student-athletes represented their respective companies.

The round tables focused on student-athletes with specific career paths, such as professions in the medical field, health and fitness, teaching and law enforcement. This session featured over 20 professionals from organizations including Cincinnati Children's, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Turner Construction Company and UC's College of Allied Health Sciences. The student-athletes had the opportunity to sit down with professionals and gain advice and network. Seven of the professionals were former student-athletes.

The career panel provided student-athletes with advice and insight on life after college. As current professionals, the panelists spoke about their experience as student-athletes and the steps they took to get where they are today. Student-athletes also had the opportunity to ask their own questions and speak one-on-one with the panelists. Five additional former student-athletes took part in the career panel.
