Abby Walker Earns Second AAC Honor Roll Recognition

CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati freshman Abby Walker earned American Athletic Conference Volleyball Weekly Honors for her offensive performances over the weekend against SMU and Memphis. This is Walker's second honor roll recognition of the season; she was also named AAC Offensive Player of the Year on Oct. 4th.

CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati freshman Abby Walker earned American Athletic Conference Volleyball Weekly Honors for her offensive performances over the weekend against SMU and Memphis. This is Walker's second honor roll recognition of the season; she was also named AAC Offensive Player of the Year on Oct. 4th.

Over the weekend, she finishd seventh in the conference with a .467 hitting percentage and eighth with 4.06 points per set. She hit an even .500 with two service aces, 12 kills and six digs at SMU (Oct. 29) and recorded a .450 hitting percentage with 20 kills in a five-set win at Memphis (Oct. 31). She also on recorded four total attack errors on 60 attempts.

NEXT UP
The Bearcats return home Friday to continue American Athletic Conference play Friday night when they host first place UCF in Fifth Third Arena. The game will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET and will be streamed on ESPN+.
