CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati junior guard Caitlyn Wilson earned a spot on the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, announced Monday by the conference. This is Wilson's first award of the season.
Wilson was a spark for the team, shooting .409 and going 9-for-22 from the three-point line during the the 2-0 week for the Bearcats.
She recorded a team leading 17 points off four three-point shots in the 71-56 win over Houston, the 17 points tying her season high.
She went on to lead the team again in points in the thrilling 61-57 win over UCF, scoring 17 points and recording a season high five three-point shots.
