Why did you choose to stay in Cincinnati?
"I toured UC and loved it, I love everything about it. Everyone said staying home for college was such a bad thing, but I think it's the opposite and not an issue at all."

How does it make you feel to be from Cincinnati with the spotlight on the city right now?
"It's great, I feel like we are finally getting the credit that we deserve."

How did you get involved with Tennis?
"My dad was really into it. He put my brother Shashank, who actually plays for Xavier, and I in a bunch of different sports when we were little, and it just so happen to stick for the both of us."

I saw you are from Mason, have you ever been to the Western Southern Open?
"It's my favorite part of the year! It's great because its top tennis, and its right here in Cincinnati in the backyard of my hometown."

What's your favorite hangout spot or restaurant on or off campus?
"I love going to Coffee Emporium in OTR, I usually go every Friday with my teammate Elizabeth (Pendergast). We do that or get breakfast and do homework."

If you could describe yourself in three words, what would it be?
"I would say I'm competitive, I am hardworking, and I'm very goal driven."

What do you like to do in tour free time?
"I don't have that much free time, but I would say relax, spend time with my friends. I love going out to eat."

How's campus life been for you?
"It was really weird at first because obviously as a freshman everything was online, so I felt like a freshman as a sophomore. I didn't know where everything was. I feel comfortable and am used to it now."

What do you enjoy about the team ?
"It's nice that everyone gets along so well, everyone is an actual team. We have that team spirit and only want the best for each other."

What are some of your favorite memories so far at UC?
"My favorite memories are the all firsts. First practice, first match etc. You never get to experience the firsts again."

Where do you see yourself in five years?
"Hopefully in med school, that's the plan. I would love to go here or honestly anywhere that will take me."

Who are some of your tennis idols?
"My top tennis player ever will always be Roger Federer, he is just the greatest and we also share a birthday so I might be a little biased."
