CINCINNATI -- University of Cincinnati senior attacker Kylie Nause has earned AAC Attack Player of the Week honors following her recent performances.
Nause, who was the league's 2019 Freshman of the Year, has collected a hat trick in all five games this season, including two this week. She had seven goals overall, including four shots on seven shots in Friday's win over Gardner-Webb, in which she also scooped up a ground ball.
Her 3.40 goals per game (17 total) ranks fourth in the league, and her 96 as a Bearcat ranks sixth all-time. Her 21 hat tricks rank third in school history, nine away from second.
Nause (Phoenix, Md.) and sophomore teammate Ava Goeller each earned Honor Roll nods the previous/first two weeks of the season. Last year, Monica Borzillo claimed two Attacker of the Week selections while Alyssa Adams gained one for Midfielder.
Cincinnati returns to action with another two-game weekend slate, this time at Kent State (Friday) and Akron (Sunday).
