ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Cincinnati freshman diver Will Claus finished 25th in the 10-meter platform in the preliminary round on the final day of the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships held on Wednesday inside the Donald B. Canham Natatorium.
Claus finished with a score of 229.70 in the platform. He also finished 25th on the 1-meter springboard on Tuesday and 32nd in the 3-meter springboard on Monday.
NCAA Championships Qualifying Procedures
Zone C is allotted nine spots on one-meter, nine spots on three-meter and 11 spots on the 10-meter platform. Any diver that qualifies for the NCAA Championships will be allowed to optionally enter any other event at the championships, provided that the diver finished in the top 12 at the same zone meet and has achieved the zone qualifying score for that event prior to the NCAA Championships.
