Pan in Second Place After 36 Holes in Florida

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Sadie Pan notched a par-round to start and sits one stroke off the top as Cincinnati completed its first two rounds of the Babs Steffens Invitational.

The Bearcats are fifth and only three strokes from third. Their 614 is also two off its 36-hole low this season, previously at the Ozarks Invitational.

Pan collected six birdies on the day, including four in the second round. Her highest finish to date was fifth at the Rocket Classic this fall. 

Katie Hallinan is in 10th after a 76 and 74. She has three top-10 finishes this year, all in the fall, with her best spring finish coming in the first one (14th at San Juan Intercollegiate). Julia Rabadam's 78 is also two strokes off a season-low. 

Erin Evans also wiped 11 strokes off her first-round score.
