Harker was not the starting pitcher on Saturday, but he still pitched six shutout innings in the 14-inning victory over Wichita State. The true freshman from Lebanon, Ind. pitched innings eight through 13 and earned his second win of the season.

Harker was dominant in his ninth appearance of the year, giving up only one hit and allowing only three batters to reach base in the six innings of work while striking out four. It's not the first time he's shown flashes of brilliance in his first year of college ball, as he threw back-to-back quality starts in his second and third outings of the season.

Merritt has been a wrecking ball at the plate all season, and this week was no different. The AAC-leader in home runs hit .389 in four games this past week, including recording his first two-homer game of the year Wednesday against Louisville and adding another long ball Friday against Wichita State. He ended the week with eight RBIs, nine runs scored, three walks and two stolen bases.

UC's left fielder leads the conference in home runs (13) and slugging percentage (.767), is second in RBIs (38) and ranks third in total bases (92).
