CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-Academic honors for the ninth straight year, while all ten student-athletes met the criteria to be named ITA Scholar-Athletes, the organization announced this week.

Collectively, the team posted a 3.895 GPA - the highest in the department.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above from the academic year. Student-athletes who earned ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition must have a grade point average of at least 3.5.

Women's tennis was recently one of a conference-record 10 Cincinnati teams to earn 2021-22 AAC Team Academic Excellence Award, a distinction that the program received for the fourth straight year.
