Women’s Golf Competes in Coeur d’Alene Collegiate Invitational

The University of Cincinnati women's golf team hits the road for the first time this season, competing in the Coeur D'Alene Resort Collegiate Invitational from Sunday to Tuesday in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.

CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's golf team hits the road for the first time this season, competing in the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate Invitational from Sunday to Tuesday in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  
 
The event will be played on the 6,085-yard, par-71 Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course.
 
Along with UC, the 19-team field features host Gonzaga, Georgetown, Hawaii, San Francisco, Nevada, Oral Roberts, Northern Illinois, Sacramento State, Northern Arizona, Grand Canyon, Wyoming, Florida International, Seattle, Long Beach State, Santa Clara, CSU Fullerton, Southern Utah and UC Riverside. 
 
Live scoring for the event will be available at Golfstat.com.

Graduate student Katie Hallinan, freshman Brooke Patterson, junior Sadie Pan, sophomore Alexis Daniel and junior Paola Rosario will make up the Bearcats' lineup.  

Hallinan was Cincinnati's top performer at the season-opening Jennifer Duke Invitational (Sept. 12-13), tying for 11th with a score of 228 (+9). She posted a team-best seven birdies. Patterson was next to finish for the Bearcats. She jumped six spots from the opening round to tie for 17th (231).

The Bearcats will return to action on October 10-11 for the Rocket Classic, hosted by Toledo in Catawba Island, Ohio.
