Women's Golf Trio Competes in Dayton Flyer Invitational

The University of Cincinnati women's golf team will send three student-athletes to compete in the Dayton Flyer Invitational on Monday and Tuesday in Dayton, Ohio.

CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's golf team will send three student-athletes to compete in the Dayton Flyer Invitational on Monday and Tuesday in Dayton, Ohio.
 
Sophomores Alexis Daniel, Makenna Jones and Olivia McCrystal will represent Cincinnati individually at the tournament. 
 
The 36-hole event will be played at the par-70, 5,958-yard NCR Country Club North Course with 10:30 a.m. shot gun starts both days.  
 
Live scoring will be available at Golfstat.com.
 
The field features Butler, Chicago State, Cleveland State, Dayton, UIndy, Northern Kentucky, Purdue Fort Wayne, Thomas More and Valparaiso.
 
Daniel last competed in the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate Invitational on Sept. 18-20 in Idaho where she shot a season-low 233. Jones and McCrystal will both be competing for the first time since the season-opening Jennifer Duke Invitational on Sept. 12-13.
