Rosario carded a season-low, four-under 68 in the second round behind five birdies. Overall, she finished the day with a two-under 142, sitting four strokes ahead of the competition.
Cincinnati is tied for third with a team score of 601, five strokes behind Florida International.
Graduate student Katie Hallinan is tied for 10th with a score of 149. Junior Sadie Pan (T40th), freshman Brooke Patterson (T40th) and junior Paighton Masterson (73rd) follow in order for the Bearcats.
Sophomore Julia Rabadam, who is competing as an individual, sits tied for 46th.
Tuesday's final round begins at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start.
