CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati freshman attacker Camryn Callaghan continued her rapid rise on the season by earning her fourth AAC Lacrosse Freshman of the Week award.

Callaghan led all American Athletic Conference freshmen in scoring with six goals in a 1-1 week for the Bearcats. She had a game-high five goals with two caused turnovers and a ground ball in a 17-3 win against Butler, scoring three consecutive goals in the first half to give the Bearcats an 8-0 lead. She added a goal in a 20-5 loss at No. 8 Florida.

Callaghan leads The American with 44 goals to go with 51 points this season, ranking third nationally and leading all freshmen in the former.

Cincinnati (8-4, 1-1 AAC) hosts Temple at 12 p.m. Saturday.
