CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's golf team will compete in the American Athletic Conference Championship, beginning Monday in Brooksville, Fla.

For the first time in tournament history, the AAC Championship will be played at the par-72, 6,298-yard Southern Hills Plantation Club. The championship will run through Wednesday with teams playing three 18-hole rounds, with live coverage of the third and final round expected to air on ESPN+.

Cincinnati will tee off from 10:50-11:24 a.m. on Monday. The Bearcats are paired with Wichita State in the first round. The field will be re-paired for both day two and day three based on the previous round's scoring, with split tee times off numbers one and 10 awaiting the round three pairings.

Tulane won the team title in 2022 while Cincinnati finished 10th. Junior Sadie Pan was the Bearcats' top performer a season ago, placing 25th with a score of 231.

Cincinnati is hitting its stride on the golf course, notching four top-five team finishes in its last five tournaments. Last time out, the Bearcats had a pair of top-10 performers in graduate student Katie Hallinan and freshman Brooke Patterson at the Brickyard Collegiate (April 10-11).

Hallinan leads the team with a 74.53 stroke average with a low round of 69 at the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate. She has recorded four top-10 finishes and has placed inside the top 25 in all but one tournament this season.
