CINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati women's basketball head coach Katrina Merriweather announced Ryan Pall as the program's Assistant Director of Basketball Operations on Tuesday.
"Ryan Pall is an exceptional person foremost with an even greater work ethic," Merriweather said. "He brings additional organization and creativity to the staff and fits in perfectly with what we are building here. We are fortunate to have Ryan join our program."
In his role at Cincinnati, Pall will manage day-to-day operational aspects and serve as a liaison within the athletic department.
Pall reunites with Merriweather after serving as an assistant equipment manager at Memphis since 2021. With the Tigers, Pall oversaw the equipment operations at Elma Roane Fieldhouse and aided the women's basketball operations staff with a variety of administrative, practice and game responsibilities.
In addition to his responsibilities with the Tigers, Pall also assisted travel operations, coordinated camps and clinics, was appointed the visiting team liaison and supervised the student and practice staff.
Prior to Memphis, he worked in a similar role at his alma mater, Bowling Green, from 2018-21. A two-time graduate of Bowling Green, Pall earned his bachelor's degree in education and human development with a specialization in sport management in 2018 before he added a master's degree in business administration in 2021.
He also holds certification from the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.
