// FRED MOUDANI-LIKIBI
Moudani-Likibi was the only member of the UC men's team to qualify for the outdoor national championships.  He finished sixth in the men's shot with a throw of 19.56m (64'2.25") and punched his ticket out of the first round and onto his first-ever outdoor national championship after just missing the cut last season.

The Savigny-Le-Temple, France native, has had a stellar season as he broke the UC and The American Conference shot put record with a throw of 20.03m (65'8.75). He also earned his first AAC outdoor conference title after winning the men's shot put.

The senior will be making his first career trip NCAA Outdoor Championships and will look for similar results as he had during the NCAA Indoor Championships, where he earned First Team All-America honors.

// RYLEE PENN
Penn punched her ticket to Austin in the women's 1500-meter. She ran the third fastest time in the East First Round quarterfinal with a time of 4:12.17 to advance to her first NCAA Outdoor Championship.

Penn has had a breakout year to remember. She was named 2023 AAC Women's Indoor Most Valuable Performer after winning conference titles in the women's mile, 3,000m and DMR. She has broken four Cincinnati track and field records this year: outdoor 1,500-meter 800-meter, indoor mile and indoor 3,000-meter. She is poised to become the second Bearcat in school history to earn All-America honors in the women's 1500-meter (Ellie Leather, 2022).

// LEONIE TROEGER
Troeger finished second in the javelin at the East First Round with a throw of 54.89m (180'1") and advanced to her second outdoor national championship for the second straight season. Her second-place finish was also her best finish at the East First Round.

The Berlin, Germany, native has been on a tear this season as she broke the javelin school record on three separate occasions, including winning the AAC outdoor javelin title with a program record and AAC championship meet record throw of 55.31m (181'5"). After just missing becoming an All-American last season, she will have another chance to join former Bearcat Emelie Larsson (2012) as the only javelin All-Americans in school history.

// TAYLOR BEARD
A three-time second-team All-American, Beard is heading back to the NCAA Championships after clearing a bar height of 1.82m (5'11.5") to finish third overall in the women's high jump at the East First Round. After missing all of the 2021-22 season due to injury, Beard has had a bounce-back year. During the indoor season, she earned second-team All-America honors and carried that momentum into the outdoor season, where she won the AAC outdoor high jump title.

The Winchester, Va., native, will be making her second career appearance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Her last appearance was during the 2021 season, where she finished 16th overall. She has a chance to join former Bearcats Loretta Blaut and Erica Hurd as the only women's high jumpers to earn indoor and outdoor All-American honors in the same year in two different seasons.

// ANNIKA KINLEY
Kinley will be making her first career appearance at the NCAA outdoor championships after placing sixth in the women's high jump clearing a bar height of 1.82m (5'11.5") at the East First Round. Her mark was a new personal best and moved her to sixth in the UC record book.

The Cincinnati native has a chance to become the first hometown kid for the Bearcats to earn outdoor All-American honors since Blaut did in 2018.

Kinley and Beard will be the first set of teammates to compete in the same event at nationals for the first time since Blaut and Herd competed in the women's high jump in 2016.

// ABBY KNOUFF
In her second appearance at East Regional, the sophomore Knouff, placed inside the top 12 in the women's pole vault (10th) to advance to her first outdoor national championships. She cleared a bar height of 4.12m (13'6.25") to achieve the feat.

A mid-year transfer from Akron, Knouff has already made quite the impact for the Bearcats as she claimed her first conference title by winning the pole vault at the AAC outdoor championships.
