FOX's Big Noon Kickoff is making its Cincinnati debut Saturday before football's Big 12 opener against 16th-ranked Oklahoma at noon. The show will air on FOX from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you're a diehard and want the full experience––getting your sign on TV, rocking face paint, and showing America how we support the Bearcats in Cincinnati––this guide is for you.

Let's show America how we do it in Cincinnati! 📍

We'll see you bright and early Saturday for @BNKonFOX, featuring music, t-shirts, food, and giveaways. Look for sign-making stations around campus this week. Best sign wins $500!

  1. Wear Black - Get to the Big Noon Kickoff set early enough and you could even get your hands on a free, limited-edition black t-shirt!
  2. Arrive Early - FOX will begin allowing fans into the fan pit on Bearcats Commons at 6 a.m., so be there before that time if you want a front-row position. If you're fine being near the back, just get here before the 9 a.m. pregame party kicks off, complete with a live DJ. The show goes live nationwide on FOX at 10 a.m., and we expect Bearcats Commons to be swarmed by Bearcats fans by that point.
  3. Bring A Sign - If you're on campus, look for sign-making events around campus this week. Otherwise, feel free to make something at home and bring it with you. Make it good, because FOX will award $500 to the person with the best sign.
  4. Grab Some Giveaways - The first 500 fans will receive an LED cowboy hat. FOX will also be giving away black t-shirts (while supplies last), free food, up to $500 in gift cards, and raffling off some AirPods and a PlayStation.
  5. Buy Your Parking Now - If you didn't purchase parking when you bought season tickets, consider prepaid parking in Eden Garage, which is a short walk away in Uptown East/Medical Campus, or in one of the Clifton lots.
  6. Tailgate Early - If you're a tailgater, The Grid will open at 7 a.m., which will give you some time to get the party started before your presence is needed at Big Noon Kickoff. Stay for the Catwalk at 9:30 and then hightail it to Bearcats Commons to show out on TV.
While I'm at it, here's a few more tips and updates for this week:
  • Re-read my original gameday guide HERE.
  • Read all about Fox Big Noon Kickoff HERE.
  • If you plan to eat in one of the restaurants inside TUC, here are some more specific hours to help you plan your visit to Nippert Stadium:
    • Chick-fil-a––10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Panda Express––10 a..m. to the end of halftime
    • Qdoba––10 a.m. to the end of halftime
    • Cincy Grill––10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • If you're looking for a full meal on the cheap, look for signs near "On The Green" in Marian Spencer Hall next to The Grid that advertise $6.99 pregame meals. You can't beat that!
  • To our friends in University Avenue Garage, please stop overloading the elevator trying to rush to the game! It has gotten stuck two weeks in a row. We will now have security managing the elevators.
  • If you're seated in Sections 101-109, utilize the steps up to the arena or tennis court area for faster bathroom access. I recall last game a line of 100 people waiting for a bathroom at halftime and I tried desperately to get them to go into Fifth Third Arena. The bathroom lines in the arena are shorter! I promise my tips and tricks work!
  • We continue to add points of sale. We put in a full bar right as you enter Fifth Third Arena from the Plaza. Check it out!
  • Continue supporting Cincy Reigns
We'll see you bright and early Saturday morning. Have fun and enjoy gameday!
