The Hoops Classic presented by altafiber and CareSource's start time was held off until the Cincinnati Bengals were announced to host the Minnesota Vikings at 1 p.m. the same day.
UC and Dayton are each other's third-longest rivalry, with the upcoming 92nd matchup marking the first since 2010.
