BOX OFFICE INFORMATION –
The main box-office is located on the plaza level (4th floor of Heritage Bank Center facing Great American Ballpark). You may access the plaza level by utilizing the steps surrounding Heritage Bank Center and Great American Ballpark or by entering the security entrance (corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway) on non-event days.

All guests entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Heritage Bank Center Security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought in the venue. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management.

Only service animals are permitted inside of the venue. They must stay on a harness in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.
ATM –
There are two ATM's located at the venue. One is located near the Main Gate, behind section 138 and the other is located near the East Gate, behind section 117. .

Baby changing stations are located in all public restrooms in the venue.
BALLOONS –
Ballons are not permitted inside the venue.

All guests are subject to a bag search and security check before entering the venue.

Only handheld signs and banners are allowed in the venue. Sticks on any signs must be removed. Obscene language or graphic material will not be allowed. Small, non-professional still cameras that are less than 3 ½ inches in length may be brought into the venue. Audio or video recording devices are prohibited. Guests are not permitted to block aisles or the view of other guests while taking pictures. Tripods and monopods are not permitted in the building. This policy is subject to change per event.
CODE OF CONDUCT –
All guests attending venue events are expected to comply with the following Heritage Bank Center – Fan Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and family atmosphere in the venue. Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where:
-Guests shall be respectful to all other guests, fans, participants, event officials, entertainers, athletes, venue staff and venue property.
-Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb a guest/employee and shall not interfere in other guests' enjoyment of the event.
-Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
-Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
-Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
-Guests shall smoke only in designated external areas.
-Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing projectiles of any kind and possessing prohibited items.
-Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
-Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any fashion.
-Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the safety or persons or property will be handled by venue staff in its sole discretion.
-Guests shall comply with the direction and instructions of venue staff.
-Guests are responsible for their own good time by immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or building liaison.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT –
Any guest who fails to adhere to the policies and procedures of the venue, or local, state and federal law is subject to ejection and/or arrest.
DOOR OPENING / CLOSING TIMES –
For most events Heritage Bank Center Opening & Closing times are as follows: OPEN: 60 minutes for sporting events and family shows, Cyclones season ticket holders 15 minutes before general doors, 90 minutes for concerts, 2 hours for shows with any general admission areas. These do vary by show so please check your tickets or information contained on the website. CLOSE: Suite holders may remain up to 60 minutes past the end of the event as long as they remain in their suites. All non-premium ticket holding guests are welcome to stay no longer than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
DRESS CODE –
Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests found within the venue wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane or offensive by management will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found, or the solutions do not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected from the facility. Additionally, all guests must be fully clothed to enter any area of the venue. Guests without shirts, shoes, etc. will not be permitted entrance.
ELEVATORS –
There are three elevators in the venue, behind sections 103, 124, and 137.

In order to ensure all of our guests receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat.
FAMILY RESTROOMS –
There is a family/accessible handicap behind section 112.
FIREARMS –
Firearms of any kind are not permitted inside Heritage Bank Center. Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of such items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the venue and may be subject to arrest.
FIRST AID –
The First Aid room is located behind section 110. We have a trained first aid staff available during all events. Contact the nearest venue staff member if you are in need of assistance.
FOOD & BEVERAGE –
Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the venue. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. Please inform the Security Officer checking your bag if this is the case.
GIFTS –
Per venue policy, no outside Food & Beverage may be brought into the venue; including all alcohol, bottles of wine or cakes. Gifts must be unwrapped or in a gift bag. All gifts must be presented to security before entering the venue.
GUEST RELATIONS –
Located at on the Main Concourse by Section 102. It is designed to provide answers to questions or issues during an event. In addition, it provides assistance to guests with disabilities.
HANDOUTS –
Distribution of handouts, flyers, pamphlets, or promotional items are not permitted on Heritage Bank Center property without prior authorization from venue management. Solicitation for signatures on petitions is also prohibited.
INTOXICATED GUESTS –
The venue has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
LASER POINTERS –
Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Any laser pointer which is confiscated will not be returned.
LOST CHILD / GUEST –
All separated parties will be directed or taken to the Guest Relations desk behind section 102. For safety reasons, we are unable to make in-venue announcements for lost children or guests.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS –
During an event, all lost and found items will be taken to the Guest Relations desk. Once the event is over, the guest can contact 513-421-4111 to follow up.
MERCHANDISE –
The Main Merchandise stand is located inside the Main Entrance by Section 104. For larger shows, auxiliary stands are often set up behind sections 117, 126, and 138.
PICK UP / DROP-OFF AREA –
The most convenient dropoff location is in on Main St/Joe Nuxhall Way in front of the Reds Hall of Fame.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES –
There are not any public telephones at the venue.
PUBLIC ADDRESS –
We do not offer a paging system and no appeals or announcements will be made over the public address system.
RE-ENTRY –
The venue has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical reasons or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle.
RV'S –
Overnight parking is not permitted in any of our parking lots.

The If You See Something, Say Something campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. Skateboarding, scooter riding and rollerblading in Heritage Bank Center and in any of the parking lots is prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in the venue at any time including the use of smoking devices such as electric or vapor cigarettes, pipes, etc. Smoking is only permitted in external designated locations. For most events this is on the north side of the outer concourse, behind section 125 or 130. This may change for certain events.
STANDING –
When a ticket is purchased, the ticketholder is entitled to the seat and the standing area in front of the seat. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted. Standing guests should be respectful of others around them.
STROLLERS –
Small collapsible strollers that can fit under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.
TAILGATING –
Parking around the venue is owned and controlled by Hamilton County and other private vendors. Tailgating is at the lot owners' discretion.
TICKET SCALPERS / BROKERS –
Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the venue. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through authorized outlets only.
UMBRELLAS –
Compact, folding/collapsible umbrellas are allowed into the venue. They must be stored under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.
VISUAL INSPECTION –

When a ticket is purchased, the ticketholder is entitled to the seat and the standing area in front of the seat. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted. Standing guests should be respectful of others around them.
STROLLERS –
Small collapsible strollers that can fit under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.
TAILGATING –
Parking around the venue is owned and controlled by Hamilton County and other private vendors. Tailgating is at the lot owners' discretion.
TICKET SCALPERS / BROKERS –
Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the venue. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through authorized outlets only.
UMBRELLAS –
Compact, folding/collapsible umbrellas are allowed into the venue. They must be stored under the seat of the guest and remain out of the aisles.
VISUAL INSPECTION –
All bags, coats, and guests will be searched prior to entry into the venue. Prohibited items must be returned to one's vehicle or be confiscated in order for admittance.
WILL CALL –
Will Call windows are located at the Box Office on the west side of the building and is accessible from the outer plaza.
