Several Bearcats Clinch Berths in NFL Playoffs

Running back Jerome Ford and right tackle James Hudson III led the Cleveland Browns to a dominant 37-20 victory over the New York Jets on Thursday night, clinching a playoff berth for the first time since 2020 to highlight Bearcats in the NFL Week 17 performances.

CINCINNATI – In primetime, running back Jerome Ford and right tackle James Hudson III led the Cleveland Browns to a dominant 37-20 victory over the New York Jets on Thursday night, clinching a playoff berth for the first time since 2020 to highlight Bearcats in the NFL Week 17 performances.

Ford rushed for 64 yards and hauled in three receptions for 57 yards, along with two touchdowns, while Hudson made his fourth straight start. Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner made a tackle and appeared in every snap for the 10th time this season.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce caught a season-long 58-yard touchdown pass in the Colt's narrow 23-20 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, keeping Indianapolis as the seventh seed in the AFC playoff picture. Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker brought in two passes for 36 yards appearing in a career-high 57 snaps.

Travis Kelce caught three passes for 16 yards in the Kansas City Chiefs' 25-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. This win clinched the Chiefs' eighth consecutive AFC West title and their ninth straight playoff appearance.  

Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce appeared in every snap for the 15th time this season, while Seattle Seahawks cornerback Coby Bryant saw snaps against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On New Year's Eve, Minnesota Vikings linebacker Ivan Pace had a game-high 12 tackles (five solo) and one quarterback hit, appearing in a career-high 94 snaps, while Green Bay Packers linebacker Eric Wilson totaled six tackles (three solo) and tight end Josiah Deguara saw snaps in the Packers' 33-10 victory.

This win was massive for the Green Bay, moving the Packers up three spots in the NFC. They now sit as the seventh seed with a 60% chance of making the playoffs.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Tyler Scott hauled in two passes for 15 yards, appearing in a career-high 44 snaps, while Atlanta Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder completed three passes for 17 yards. The Bears defeated the Falcons, 37-17.

Houston Texans linebacker Myjai Sanders had a tackle in a 26-3 win over the Tennessee Titans, while Titans wide receiver Chris Moore had a reception for 32 yards.
