The app is free and available on iOS and Android devices. To download the app to your smartphone or tablet, visit the App Store or Google Play and search for "Cincinnati Athletics."
Current GoBearcats apps will automatically update, as well.
Throughout the app, Bearcats' fans will enjoy a personalized mobile experience with the ability to manage tickets, shop for official Cincinnati merchandise and receive breaking news and score notifications for the teams they follow. The app is designed with a user-friendly interface that integrates with GoBearcats.com to bring the latest UC Athletics digital content right to your fingertips. Additionally, it includes links to video and audio streams of live games, in-game stats and team social media feeds.
RED AND BLACK REWARDS PROGRAM LAUNCHES, TOO As part of the new app launch, Cincinnati Athletics is also introducing the new Red and Black Rewards Program where fans can earn points for their support of the Bearcats through in-person events by signing up on the GoBearcats app. The Red and Black Rewards Program aims to increase fan engagement at home events, while rewarding fans for their support of Cincinnati Athletics.
The Red and Black Rewards Program includes many features to guarantee Bearcats fans an enhanced event experience and beyond. In addition to points for attending events, fans will have the opportunity to earn points by participating in polls and answering trivia questions in the GoBearcats app.
The Rewards Program will include a prize store, auctions and sweepstakes. Fans will be able to exchange their points for prizes in these categories. The program also allows for Bearcats Athletics to offer exclusive gameday experiences.
Fans automatically receive 100 points for registering for the Red and Black Rewards Program on the app. Those points can then be used to enter a sweepstakes for a custom Bearcats basketball jersey courtesy of University of Cincinnati Bookstores.
