CINCINNATI—The University of Cincinnati track and field program is set to host its annual home meet, the 2024 Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, this weekend (Friday and Saturday) at Gettler Stadium and Coy Field.
The Bearcats will also send a select group of distance runners to compete at the Raleigh Relays on Thursday and Friday in North Carolina.
// OLIVER NIKOLOFF INVITATIONAL
The Oliver Nikoloff Invitational will held at both Gettler Stadium and Coy Field on Friday and Saturday. Friday's field events will be held at Coy Field beginning at 11:00 a.m., while Saturday's events will begin at 10 a.m. at Gettler Stadium. A full schedule of events and start times can be found here.
Both days of the meet are open to the public and directions to Coy Field can be found in the meet information link. Fans are encouraged to arrive early on both days as seating is first come, first serve.

The Oliver Nikoloff Invitational will also serve as Senior Day for the UC track and field team. In total, 25 seniors or graduate students (15 men, 10 women) will be honored, beginning at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. The list of athletes includes: Jack Barchet, Brandon Bonsu, David Endres, Roderick Flint, Matthew Garber, Giovanni Gutierrez, Naquille Harris, Matt Hoak, Carlos Kouassi, Keco Morrison, Ryan Pehlman, Brock Shellhaas, Colin Smith, Noah Thomas, Tyler Wirth, Kirsten Clay, Hannah Connell, Anaya Dees, Nyile Facey, Lauren Greiwe, Carmela Henning, Hannah Jackson, Alicia Thorpe, Leonie Troeger and Maddie Walker.
// RALEIGH RELAYS
The Raleigh Relays, hosted by NC State, will begin on Thursday and conclude on Saturday inside the Paul Derr Track and Field Facility. Ten UC men's and women's distance runners will make the trip to North Carolina.
The Cincinnati men who entered the meet will run on Thursday, while the women will compete on Friday. The complete schedule of events can be found here.

Last time out, Cincinnati competed at the UCF Black and Gold Invitational and recorded three UC all-time program top-10 times. Freshman Davenae Fagan highlighted the weekend by running the ninth-fastest 200m (23.77) and the 10th-fasest 100m (11.84) times in school history.
Sophomore Spirit Morgan started out her outdoor campaign strong as she moved to seventh all-time in the outdoor high jump record book section after clearing a bar height of 1.79m / 5' 10.5", which currently ranks as the fourth-best mark in the NCAA East Region.
