Cincinnati’s Tuesday Game vs. Xavier Canceled; Teams Will Play April 9 at Prasco Park

CINCINNATI – Tuesday's game between Cincinnati and Xavier in the first round of the Joe Nuxhall Classic has been canceled due to expected inclement weather.
 
Due to the schedule change, the Joe Nuxhall Classic will now be a one-day event on Tuesday, April 9 at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio. Cincinnati and Xavier will play at 6 PM that day following the matchup between Miami and Wright State at 2 PM.
 
This will be the second of three meetings between the crosstown rivals this season. They both faced off at Xavier on Feb. 27 and they'll battle again at UC Baseball Stadium on April 17.

UC returns home this weekend to host TCU for a three-game series. The opener is set for 5 PM on Friday, followed by a 2 PM contest on Saturday and a noon game on Sunday. All three games will be broadcast on ESPN+.
