The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team is set to host three matches this week against Northern Kentucky, Iowa State and Kansas.

CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team is set to host three matches this week against Northern Kentucky, Iowa State and Kansas.
 
The Bearcats begin the week versus Northern Kentucky on Wednesday at the Western Athletic Club. First serve against the Norse is set for 1:30 p.m. ET. This match can be viewed on Track Tennis
 
The Bearcats then face off against the Cyclones on Friday at the Western Athletic Club. The match is set to start at 12 p.m. ET.
 
Cincinnati rounds out the weekend with a Senior Day matchup versus Kansas on Sunday at the Trabert-Talbert Tennis Center. First serve against the Jayhawks is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET.

The Bearcats (7-10) enter the week coming off two road losses against Kansas State and No. 1 Oklahoma State.
 
Sophomore Rozalia Gruszczynska continues to lead Cincinnati as she notched her team-leading eighth singles win versus Kansas State, defeating Vanesa Suarez handily, 7-5, 6-0 on the No. 1 court.
 
SCOUTING THE NORSE
Cincinnati holds an 11-0 all-time record against Northern Kentucky.
 
The last matchup between the two programs came on March 29, 2023. The Bearcats took down the Norse, 6-1.
 
Northern Kentucky presents a 4-6 overall record heading into the matchup.
 
The Norse are on a two-match win streak defeating Southern Indiana (5-2) and IUPUI (4-3).
 
SCOUTING THE CYCLONES
The Bearcats and Cyclones haven't matched up against each other before in program history.
 
Iowa State is currently submerged in a 14-game losing skid, holding a 2-14 overall record and a 0-9 conference mark. The Cyclones' last win came against Missouri State on Jan. 20, defeating the Bears 4-1.
 
The Cyclones are coming off a two-game homestand where they dropped both matches against No. 22 Oklahoma (7-0) and No. 7 Texas (4-1).

SCOUTING THE JAYHAWKS
This is the first meeting between the Bearcats and Jayhawks all-time.
 
Kansas brings a 6-12 overall record and a 3-6 conference mark into the weekend. KU faces West Virginia (13-8) on Friday before heading to Cincinnati.
 
The Jayhawks are coming off a three-match week at home, where they went 1-2. Kansas hosted a doubleheader last Thursday, beating Saint Louis (4-0) and losing to Texas (4-2). Kansas took on Oklahoma Saturday, falling to the Sooners (7-0).
