// BEARCATS IN THE RANKINGS
With the NCAA East First Rounds approaching quickly, 12 Bearcats, six men and six women currently hold qualifying marks.  Sophomore Spirt Morgan holds the highest qualifying mark as she is seventh in the region in the women's high jump with a mark of 1.79m. The top 48 declared student-athletes will be accepted into the first-round competitions for each individual event.

The Bearcats also have a pair of multi athletes – Dominique Hall (decathlon) and Juliette Laracuente-Huebner (heptathlon) – with marks that would currently punch their ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Combined events do not attend the first round. For combined events (Heptathlon and Decathlon), the top 24 declared student-athletes in each event based on their position on the national descending-order list will be accepted directly into the Championships.
