CINCINNATI – Cincinnati men's basketball head coach Wes Miller has announced the program's first two transfer additions of the 2024-25 season in Connor Hickman (Bradley) and Arrinten Page (USC).

CONNOR HICKMAN
The 6-foot-3 shooting guard has one year of eligibility remaining.

"Connor is a great addition to our program," Miller said. "He's a proven winner that has been a major part of an undefeated team at Bloomington South High School, an undefeated grassroots team with Indiana Elite and a Missouri Valley Conference championship team at Bradley (2022-23). He's played for great coaches and is well-prepared for what it takes to compete in the Big 12. He's a tough, mature and dynamic guard. He's a great fit for our program."

The addition reunites Hickman with Cincinnati assistant coach Drew Adams, a seven-year Bradley assistant who overlapped with Hickman during his 2021-22 Missouri Valley All-Freshman season. The two are also Bloomington South alumni. His final Braves game was a 14-point performance at UC in the NIT.

Hickman has 953 points in his career, increasing his scoring total from 6.8 to 8.6 and finally 14.5 ppg. This season, he also had 91 assists, a 40.2 three-point percentage, 32.3 mpg and eight 20-point games (including a career-high 28 at Valparaiso).

Hickman also stood out in the Braves' weight room. His vertical is 40.5", and his 28 reps on the bench would also be an NBA Combine record.

ARRINTEN PAGE
The 6-foot-11 forward has three years of eligibility remaining.

"AP is an awesome addition to our team," Miller said. "We prioritized him in our recruiting a few years back during his junior and senior year at Wheeler High School. We've always felt that his combination of size, athleticism and versatility were great fits for our style of play. Beyond that, he fits our culture. His work ethic and improvement at Wheeler was significant and culminated in a state championship. I believe he will also thrive here at UC. His best basketball is way ahead of him, and I can't wait to coach him."

Page, previously ranked the No. 40 recruit by ESPN, earned four starts for USC as a freshman among 27 games played. Three of those came in consecutive fashion in Pac-12 play. He produced six points and a season-high seven rebounds at league champion Arizona, in addition to four blocks in 19 minutes against Oregon.

Cincinnati continues its strong Atlanta ties as well. In addition to junior guard Josh Reed, both Kalu Ezikpe and Landers Nolley II of the 2022-23 team hailed from the area as well, in addition to fourth-year assistant coaches Chad Dollar and Andre Morgan.
